Learn to Grow
The fellowship pathway equips individuals, families, schools, youth groups, religious organisations and community groups with practical food-production skills.
This is not an investment scheme. Participants join a cooperative farming programme and take part in actual agricultural production. Farming outcomes may vary according to weather, crop performance, production conditions and market prices.
What you learn
Training combines classroom sessions, demonstration plots and mentorship from experienced agricultural professionals.
Match crops to soil, season, water access and household needs.
Site clearing, bed preparation, spacing, seed handling and planting calendars.
Weeding, nutrition, pest and disease management using approved practices.
Maturity assessment, weighing, drying, packaging and safe storage.
